Cilantro Pesto Recipe
This is great everything...on mung bean soup, steamed veggies & grains etc. Blend it using a nutribullet or food processor. Blend it just till chunky.
1 bunch of Cilantro 1 handfuls of raw or sprouted pumpkin seeds Raw Organic Oil( I use a combo of Hemp & Olive) Himalayan Salt 1 Tbs of fresh ginger root chopped
Blend till it’s a pesto-like consistency. Add a tiny bit of H2O if needed.
