Vegetable Freestyle Soup

Use any combination of the veggies below. 

Chopped carrots, 

Chopped sweet potato 

Chopped Daikon
Chopped zucchini

Chopped kale, collard greens or bok choy 

Chopped green herbs like basil, cilantro, rosemary

Your choice of dry spices - rosemary turmeric, coriander, cumin etc

Fresh chopped ginger or garlic
Pure Water 

Himalayan salt & pepper to taste

Bring water to a boil
Add your desired amount of fresh dried or chopped spices

Chop your veggies to whatever size you prefer and add them to boiling water with the hardest veggies going in first and the green leaves and herbs going in last.

Reduce heat and simmer until the veggies can be pierced with a fork.
Add additional salt pepper to taste
